064 Tournament Mode & More Bug Fixes

In the office, I want to finish Tournament mode this morning and fix a bunch of issues we saw with the Xbox Build last night.
Pretty solid session that! I have managed to pretty much finish plugging in all of the Tournament Mode functionality, including loading the correct scene at the end of an event (be it a Race or Battle, going to or coming from), Tournament scores being awarded at the end of each stage (differs dependent on game type, and accounts for players that are active in the game), and a leaderboard that is setup to only show players that have entered (so caters for 2, 3 or 4 player tournaments).
The only thing left to do now is dynamically sort the leaderboard at the end of each round, which I’ve almost finished as well.I have setup a system that determines which player is in which position on the leaderboard, next I just (HA, hi j-word) need to animate the leaderboard positions being altered after scores have been updated. Phew!
Time for lunch and a run around with the dogs.
Well tournament mode is done, all bar polish! I’m really chuffed I managed to get it done in just over a day and a half! The only thing I need to do is tidy up the Final Results screen (that you see at the very end of the tournament) and display a nicer congratulations string with the relevant trophy too.
Stopping for some dinner, I’ll likely finish the rest tonight.
And Tournament mode is done! Aside from a few minor little bugs and polish, there are now 18 tournaments the user can play! They are locked dependent on whether you have unlocked all of the maps/battle arenas that feature within them :)
